This wheel thrown lidded canister is a functional piece that would be perfect for storing coffee or tea on your kitchen counter top.
The imagery on this piece is hand painted and carved using a ceramic technique called "sgrafitto".
No two vessels are alike, each are their own individual, unique piece of artwork.
Stoneware and glazes are fired to cone 6.
