This handmade tile was made using a slab of stoneware and tile die. The illustration was hand painted using a ceramic carving process known as "sgrafitto".
This tile would be suitable for display in your home or garden. There is a grooved backing to allow for permanent tile installation. There is also a keyhole carved into the back of the piece to allow for easy wall hanging using a flathead dry wall screw.
Cone 6 stoneware and underglazes.
