Handmade stoneware round wall tile with White Hare

This handmade tile was carefully crafted using a slab of brown stoneware and a hand-cut tile die. The illustration was hand painted and carved using a ceramic process known as "sgrafitto". The pattern was created using hand-cut paper stencils and various underglazes.
This tile would be suitable for display in your home or garden. There is an incised keyhole on the back of the tile to allow for easy hanging with a flat head screw. There is also a grooved backing to allow the option for permanent tile installation.
Cone 6 stoneware and underglazes.
