The image on this wheel thrown mug is hand painted and carved using a ceramic technique called "sgrafitto". No two mugs are alike, each are their own individual, unique piece of artwork. This piece also incorporates a unique background pattern created by using hand-cut paper stencils and layering various underglazes.
Stoneware and glazes are fired to cone 6.
Approximately 4"wide 3.5" tall and will hold 10-12 ounces.
Silver Run Ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe.
