Q: I had an item in my cart, when I tried to checkout it disappeared! Where did it go?
A: This has been a common problem for many on the day of a busy sale.
If an item is in your cart, the item is not guaranteed to stay in your cart while you add your payment information. Unfortunately speediness matters in this situation and you will only be able to claim the item once you have successfully paid and checked out.
Please understand that I have no control over this issue. I know it can be frustrating. You can improve your chances of taking home your favorite piece by being prepared. I recommend setting an alarm for a few minutes before the sale begins. I have noticed those who use Pay Pal tend to be the speediest, and I believe this is due to the ability to have payment & shipping information saved beforehand. If you miss out don't fret, there will be more to come! I will be offering another round of wares as soon as possible. Please be kind :)
Q: You are all sold out! Do you have any more? When will you restock again?
A: Typically on the day of a sale I have listed everything I have available at that time, so once I am sold out that is it until I'm able to make another round of wares.
I try to restock the online shop every month or two. It takes a long time to complete a piece of pottery, about 3 weeks from a lump of clay to a finished piece (and that is only if nothing goes wrong in the process!)

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will you combine shipping?
A: I am happy to combine shipping for you and will refund you any shipping overages should they occur.
Q: Could you set aside or hold a piece for me?
A: Please understand that I am unable to set aside work. I want to keep things as fair as possible for everyone involved. Thank you for understanding :)
Q: Do you make custom work?
A: Currently I am unable to accept custom requests or orders.
Q: Do you wholesale your wares?
A: Not at this time.
Q: I ordered a match striker and it doesn't seem to be working! What am I doing wrong?
A: You will need "strike anywhere" matches to use with your match striker. You can buy "strike anywhere" matches just about everywhere, from the grocery store to the hardware store. They are also available on Amazon.
Q: Can I put my piece in the dishwasher or microwave?
A: Yes! Our ceramics are made to be used in your everyday life. They are very durable and completely microwave and dishwasher safe.
Occasionally, some pieces may have gold luster accents or metal hangers on the back. In those cases that information will be provided in the product listing. A piece with gold luster or a metal hanger should be washed by hand and never placed in the microwave (gold luster or a metal hanger will react when microwaved). Special care instructions will always be provided in the product listing of each piece.
Q: Do you ship to Canada or the UK?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide!
Q: The item I ordered is smaller/larger/not what I expected, etc.
A: I always strive to be as transparent as possible when presenting work online. I understand it can be difficult to judge a piece of ceramic artwork using a photo alone, so I do include measurements and (when applicable) holding capacity in the listing of each item. Please read the listing carefully before making your purchase.
Some items (like the wolf incense holders) are released in small batches in which case the wolf you receive may not be the exact wolf pictured in the listing. Please understand these are handmade items and there will be some natural variation in each piece.
